Salman Dantata, Chief Executive Officer/Founder:
CEO of Stata Power Utility Nig Ltd. He is a Graduate of Civil Engineering from Warwick University, UK and has a Masters degree in Project and Enterprise (MSC) from Bartlett Construction School, University College of London. He has serveral years of experience in the power sector. Salman has worked on several projects within the electricity distribution subsector in Nigeria. He started his career in the energy sector at Sadabi Global Concept as an Energy Analyst in 2013 and then as an Assistant Regulatory Officer at the Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority. He also worked at Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading PLC as a Settlement Analyst. He was the founder and CEO of Stata Energy Ltd, an electricity metering company in Nigeria.

Chuks Nwani, Executive Director, Legal:
Chuks has several years of experience in utility management and operations, energy sector restructuring and reform, energy policy, and regulation. Chuks started his energy consultancy services working as a local advisory partner with CPCS Consortium to provide advisory support to the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Bureau of Public Enterprises in the unbundling of the Nigeria Electricity utility and its privatisation thereof. He later was appointed a consultant to Interstate Electrics on the acquisition of Enugu Electricity Distribution Company Plc (Enugu Disco) and Abuja Electricity Distribution Company Plc whereof he successfully navigated the company through the competitive bidding process and full acquisition of Enugu Disco

Khalil Ibrahim Operations Specialist
Khalil is a graduate of the prestigious Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) (2012) and also holds a Masters in Engineering Management from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (2021). He has Eight years' experience in the power sector. He began his career in the sector as a metering analyst at Kaduna Electricity Distribution Plc. in 2015. His last role before joining Stata was as the Team Lead, Metering at Kaduna Electricity Distribution Pic, where he was assigned to head the entire metering department in acting capacity for the last three years of his time there.

Oludeji Owoade Technical Specialist
Oludeji is a highly experienced and knowledgeable energy expert with over two decades of expertise in the field. His experience cut across every facet of Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) like Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Metering. Deji is dedicated to finding innovative and sustainable solutions to meet the world's growing energy demands while mitigating environmental impacts. His career has encompassed various sectors of the energy industry, from renewable energy development to energy policy and sustainable practices. Deji formerly worked with Negris Limited where he participated in construction of about 100MW of Power Generation Stations Nigeria. He has also worked with ContourGlobal Inc., America Energy Giant, as Development Manager in developing several Combined Heat and Power (CHP) solutions initiatives in Nigeria, Africa and Europe. Oludeji also worked with Cummins Inc as Regional Service Engineer (Africa) providing factory technical supports and aftermarket services to distributors of Gas and Diesel Generating Equipment in Africa Business Area. Currently, Deji is the Country Manager of EnergyGrade Limited directing policies and spearheading several energy development initiatives.

Charles is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in business development, finance management, and strategic planning. At Globetrot Farmsponsor Nig. Ltd, he leads business development efforts, establishing key partnerships and expanding market reach. Previously with Alsdur Limited, he managed financing sourcing and strategic business relationships. As the Head of Strategy at Income Electrix Limited, he oversaw strategic planning and market entry strategies in the power and energy sector. In his earlier role at Powerhouse International Limited, he conducted equity investment market research and project feasibility studies. At Mainstreet Bank Capital Limited, he managed large client investments and ensured regulatory compliance. Adigwe holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting from Ambrose Alli University and is an Associate Chartered Economist with ICEN. He has certifications from the Nigerian Capital Market Institute and is a Fellow of the Institutes of Management Consultants - Nigeria, with a CMC certification. His skills encompass financial and business analysis, market research, advanced Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling, with a keen interest in environmental and social governance frameworks. His extensive experience and multifaceted expertise make him a valuable asset in diverse business environments.
Strategic Partners
Stata Power is the authorized Franchisee of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company Plc (IBEDC) for the sale and supply of electricity to industries and businesses within the Sagamu-Lagos-Ibadan Expressway and its environs.
STATA recently entered into a concession arrangement with CCETC SUK Power Distribution Limited for the operation and management of a brand new 33kv double circuit Independent Electricity Distribution Network spanning from the Sagamu Interchange area to Lagos Ibadan expressway up to Isheri Oke. The power is being delivered to the 33kv double circuit from the Sagamu and Magboro Gas Power Generation Facility (Sagamu and Magboro IPP) owned by CCETC SUK Power Company Limited.
STATA Power Utility Nigeria Limited is in a strategic partnership with CCETC to take huge benefits in the Gas Engine rental market under a Rent-to-Own arrangement. CCETC in collaboration with STATA has deployed over 100 units of 1x1000kv gas generating sets operating in Nigeria including 60MW at Ibadan Sagamu interchange with over 55km 33kv double circuit distribution lines, 20MW in Benin under Osiomo Power, 15MW at Lekki Free Trade Zone etc.
